 NOTICE: Pembina Valley Water Coop (our water supplier) raised their rate effective January 1, 2023 by 4% which brings our rate to $15.18/1000 Imperial Gallons. Effective October 1, 2023 the board of directors for Altona Rural Water has decided to increase our rates by 5% up .76/1000 gallons to $15.94/1000 gallons. This was approved by the Public Utilities Board in Order No. 79/23.
