NOTICE: Pembina Valley Water Coop (our water supplier) raised their rate effective January 1, 2019 by 10% up .82/1000 gallons, which brings our rate to $14.07 for quarter 1. ARWS increased our rates by .08/1000 gallons EFFECTIVE April 1, 2019 which brings our new rate to $14.15/1000 gallons for quarter 2 2019.
